Bubba – November, 2015

Bubba came to NCBR with significant neurological deficits making finding an appropriate foster home difficult. Bubba’s chances were looking slim, but he is so sweet that a technician at our veterinarian’s office, Devlynn H., fell in love with and adopted him.
