Please note: Puppies will be adopted into homes with no children under age five, and where the puppy will not be home alone for long hours. NCBR will not consider applications that do not meet these criteria.  A preexisting adult dog is strongly preferred and may be required for some of the puppies.

Buck is a fun, energetic, affectionate young pup that loves exploring his world. He has been exposed to MANY different dogs and he’s never met one that he didn’t like. He will do best in a home with a resident adult dog and someone that will continue his dog socialization program.

He enjoys meeting human visitors but may be a bit shy at first. We are working on this and Buck is building his confidence in this area.

Buck is working on potty training. He sleeps quietly through the night in his crate without any problems.

Buck loves all toys and chews. He will happily play tug with doggy friends. He recently decided balls are fun to play with too. He will lie down and enjoy chewing a Benebone during evening quiet time.

Buck is VERY food motivated so training is FUN! He will benefit from a strong puppy socialization program that provides positive reinforcement, safe exposure and structure. He does well when he knows what to expect (a predictable routine is great). He has been exposed to some foundational training concepts and is very motivated to learn from his humans.

Buck would love to have his own forever home that will give him the best start in life!
