Chianti

Chianti loves all the attention – ALL of it. She is super energetic and loves playtime with toys or just rolling around on the ground. She was very timid and shy at first and would flatten on the ground if anyone even spoke too loudly around her.  She is slowly but surely coming out of her shell but can still get scared easily as she is learning to trust her humans – patience is absolutely key for her. Since she is startled by loud or unexpected noises, a home without young children would be ideal for her. She is also learning to love going on walks and is adjusting to outside noise and over-stimulation. She is a complete cuddle bug and one of her favorite things to do is curl up next to her human for a nice nap. She is learning good manners now to include not jumping on the furniture, waiting patiently to eat, sitting after coming in from going potty, etc. Chianti is extremely food motivated which is helpful during training. She was a little skinny when she first arrived in her foster home but has put on weight very well through all the excellent training she is working on.  This energetic girl has big feet and an even bigger heart that she’d love to share with you!
