These dogs are in very real danger of being euthanized if we are unable to provide them with an appropriate foster home within the timeframe allotted by the shelter! In Memoriam

NCBR Alum Sadie (Minnie) recently passed away very unexpectedly. She was fostered and then adopted by our volunteer, Merline, who gave her two wonderful years of life. All of us at NCBR are very sorry for your loss, Merline, and we thank you for loving and caring for this sweet senior girl.

 

Four Boxers Bake Sale for Boxers!

The Four Boxers Bake Sale for Boxers was a HUGE success! NCBR would like to say a very special thank you to the event organizer, Miss Mariah Lamaison, NCBR's "Junior Boxer Baking Extraordinaire!" She and her family did a fantastic job of organizing the event and getting all of the baked goodies together....and they raised a whopping $517.58 for NCBR's Boxers!!!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported this event...and THANK YOU to MARIAH for being the coolest 9 year old on the planet!!

NorCal Boxer Rescue provides a temporary sanctuary for Boxers in need throughout California. Boxers come to us from shelters and from owners who are no longer able to care for them. We provide these animals with veterinary care, spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, a microchip, a temporary foster home at a private residence, lots of love, and placement into a carefully screened home forever.

NCBR is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is run entirely by a dedicated group of volunteers who have an unmatched love for preserving this wonderful breed. If you have a heart for animals, we invite you get involved in whatever capacity you can.
