Charlotte came to NCBR emaciated and afraid of her own shadow. Due to the starvation, her liver atrophied and wasn’t functioning. Charlotte crossed over the rainbow bridge today. Thank you to Sha’ala to taking such good care of her and being with her when her time came. Charlotte knew how it felt to be much loved.
