Sabi – August, 2015
Sabi (fka Miko) found his fur-ever home with Nadine and Tom S. and they sent us this update:
“We just came back from our first walk around our mile circle with Sabi and happened to bump into friends and dogs in the neighborhood who were waiting to meet him. He’s very sweet and adjusting amazingly quickly to us and his new home. He sure looked forlorn when we drove away from Merrill though.

“Sabi graduated with honors this morning from his 6 weeks of obedience school. He does heels and sits, stands and stays (long stays), and comes dashing from wherever he is when we call his name outside. (Although we’re working on “front” for a proper come.) We’re also working on “down”.
But mainly it’s been 9 weeks today and he’s just perfect for us. He’s happy and friendly and very sweet and is totally trusting us. He also has 3 regular friends who come over to play about 3 times a week, so it seems that his life is pretty fulfilling. We got him at exactly the right time to be able to work with him in nice weather.”
