Annie

Annie – Updated

Thanks for all you guys do!

If not for NCBR, we wouldn’t have our sweet Annie!  We adopted her in May of 2014 and were told she was 2 or 3 when she came to us.  I guess that makes her 12-13 now, and she’s doing great.  My little old lady sleeps a lot more these days, but she’s happy and healthy and still gets her daily walk every morning.  She’s had her ups and downs over the years (2 TPLO surgeries, 2 mast cell tumors removed, a corneal ulcer that we had to take her to a specialist in Davis to see for a debridement, etc), but I’m glad she came to us so that we (and our amazing vet team) could take care of her!!  We just love and adore her.  I joke that I’d give that dog a kidney if she needed it.  While she never did come around to liking other dogs, she’s a mellow, sweet soul who follows us around the house (when she’s not sleeping), and she keeps me company all day in the office as I work from home.
