Maia – December, 2009

Maia was a soft spirited angel. She had been through allot when we adopted her. She had been passed up for many months until I saw her. She was quiet. Walked softly. But loved to play ball. She had an amazing way with people. She softened hearts of those afraid of dogs to where Maia was eventually in their laps. More dogs need to be like her. She was older when we adopted her from NCBR TX, so we did not have her as long as we wanted. But the few years we did have were very special. She’s a care taker. So I am sure she is watching over all the pups across the Bridge. Sweet Maia. You are missed!
