This beautiful boy was “surrendered” to a shelter by being thrown over the fence. NCBR was contacted and after we brought him to our vet, we found out he had significant heart disease. He crossed over the bridge today. Our hope is that he runs with all the NCBR boxers that have crossed over before him. It is very sad the people that threw him over the fence couldn’t have done the right thing by him.
