Hello my friends! My name is Sebastian and I thought i would tell you a little bit about me.
I had a pretty scary incident before finding Nor Cal Boxer Rescue, but you know what, that hasn’t dampened my heart, not even a little. I love people that includes my foster family and all the friends I see on the street when doing my daily walks. I don’t require long walks as I’ve aged I just don’t need as much exercise. However if you’re a long walker, I’m open to staying with you. Speaking of staying with you, I do like being right next to my human(s), and if you pet me I will lick you. 1 lick for every 3 seconds you’re touching me. I love to give affection to people and I love to be pet.
If you’re busy sometimes that is okay, just give me a chew toy and I’ll lay in the room you’re in and chew for hours on end. Sometimes my foster family gets tired of the squeaking and take the toy from me, but you know what, I’m so easy going that I just let them take it. I know that even though I could pull it off the table, I never do. I’m a good boy!
Speaking of being good, my foster family has a nice boxer girl. I think she is great. She always lets me share her beds, and she cuddles with me. I love to cuddle. We eat right next to each other and neither of us bothers the other when eating. We both eat very fast!
The 4th of July was super fun this year. Do you know my foster family said that there would be loud noises but I would be okay. Turns out I didn’t notice any loud noises at all. Sometimes I think my foster family is crazy.
Anyhow, that is a little bit about me. I sure hope I can meet you. I love meeting new people!
While Sebastian hasn’t met any children, it’s possible that his calm and easy going nature would work well in a family with children.
Background Information:
Sebastian survived a devastating building fire, but his fight isn’t over.
This brave boxer suffered burns and heartbreak, ending up alone in a shelter after everything he endured. The moment our volunteers learned about him, they sprang into action, giving him a freedom ride straight to emergency veterinary care.
He is now being treated for his burns and receiving the compassion he deserves.
Burn care is intensive and costly, and we need your help. Please consider donating toward Sebastian’s medical treatment or becoming a sponsor for this incredibly deserving boy.
