Mattie

Mattie is a sweet and beautiful puppy. She has been socializing with two resident adult boxers and another foster pup. She likes to play outside with the other dogs, do zoomies, chew on sticks, explore, play with stuffie toys, eat ice cubes and doggie ice cream, and give kisses. She has been known to pause play for some snuggling!

She has been learning basic commands and manners. She does great meeting new people and kids and they all say how sweet she is. She has visited busy wineries and a hair salon where she was calm and gentle while getting lots of attention. She walks well on a leash and doesn’t pull. She eagerly runs into her crate for mealtimes and sleeps in it at night. She also does really well around the resident cat. She enjoys playing around water including bath time. She recently had her first dip in a pool!

When Mattie is crated during the day she can be vocal communicating her excitement when her person comes home or when she needs to go outside to potty. She would much rather hang with the pack and play when everyone is out. She sometimes uses her bark outside during playtime too. She is full of energy and a bit mischievous, yet gentle, calm and loving. Her striking features and sweet, playful personality make her hard to resist.

The ideal home for Mattie is one she can socialize with her family, continue her training, and have a new sibling to run around and play with in the yard.

*Puppies will only be adopted to a home with a preexisting adult dog, no children under age five, no unfenced pools, and where the puppy will not be home alone for long hours.
